Free shipping

We provide standard free curbside shipping to anywhere in the contiguous USA. This can save you hundreds of dollars in shipping charges alone! See the FAQs below for more information.

Mattresses

Mattresses ship as quickly as 3-5 working days (excluding major holidays) via FedEx with curbside delivery. Please refer to the exact product page for accurate shipping times. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1-5 business days.

Adjustable beds

Since we ship adjustable beds using a professional freight company to make sure they are handled with care, your adjustable bed may take 3-5 weeks for delivery. Please note:Delivery agents will unload your adjustable bed from their truck, but will not move it into your home. You will need to have the ability to move your adjustable bed into your home at the time of delivery. Agents will not assist with the unpacking or set-up of your adjustable bed. The freight agents will call to schedule a time for the delivery, usually between 8am and 5pm, and span a 4-hour period for the delivery window.

Accessories

Accessories (such as sheets, pillows, and protectors) usually ship within 2-4 business days of ordering via FedEx. Once shipped, delivery will take approximately 2-5 business days. Accessories ship separately from your mattresses and/or adjustable beds.

For shipping information to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or anywhere else in the world, please call us toll free at (800) 500-4233. Amerisleep does not ship to APO addresses. Free shipping only applies to continental United States.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can sign in to your account anytime to check the status of your order. As an alternative, you may contact our friendly and responsive customer service team with any questions by phone at (800) 500-4233, or by email at cs@amerisleep.com.

Will my order arrive all at once or in separate packages or shipments?

Typically, an order will arrive in 2-3 shipments with accessories being the first to arrive followed by mattresses and finally adjustable beds.

Will I have to sign for my packages?

Accessories and mattresses typically do not require a signature for delivery. Adjustable bases always require a signature for delivery.

What is "curbside" delivery?

The adjustable bed is shipped with a professional freight carrier who will bring the package to the curbside of your home (typically the nearest front door). Please note:Delivery agents will unload your adjustable bed from their truck, but will not move it into your home.
