90-NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL

We know buying a new mattress is a personal experience, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. While we strive to match customers with the best mattress the first time, you can rest easy knowing that you can exchange or return your mattress if necessary. If you are not satisfied with your mattress, ship it back to us within 90 days for a full refund. Adjustable beds and accessories do not have a trial period and are not eligible for return.

WHEN DOES THE TRIAL BEGIN?

Your "90-Night Pursuit of Sleep Happiness" sleep trial begins the day you receive your new mattress and you have until the 90th day to return your mattress.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR
RETURN MY MATTRESS DURING MY TRIAL?
  • If you would like to return or exchange, after 30 days of trying your Amerisleep mattress, call our amazing customer service team and we'll discuss your concerns and suggest the best possible solution based on your specific needs.
  • Prior to returning your mattress, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • The only expense you are responsible for is shipping the mattress back to our warehouse.
  • Please note: All beds must be returned in like-new condition - no holes, stains or odors (such as cigarette smoke).
