Buying a mattress online can seem risky, but with our guarantees you can put fear to bed. While we strive to match customers with the best mattress the first time, trying a mattress in your own home is the true test of comfort. If you are not satisfied with your mattress, ship it back to us within 90 days for a full refund.
If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your mattress within 90 days for a full refund. It’s as simple as contacting us, packing the bed, and shipping it back. Keep reading to see how our return process works and what to expect.
Your "90-Night Pursuit of Sleep Happiness" sleep trial begins the day you receive your new mattress and you have until the 90th day to return your mattress to us.
If after trying out your new mattress for at least 30 days you are not happy, here’s how to return during the trial period:
Contact us by phone (1-800-500-4233) or email (email@example.com) to request return authorization, and to set up your exchange (if desired). Take note of the RMA# we provide you, as this will be necessary for return processing.
Ensure your mattress is clean and stain-free, then carefully package it using one heavy duty mattress bag and mattress box, thoroughly taping all edges. Your local moving or box store is a good place to check for supplies. Clearly label the mattress packaging to include your name and the RMA#, then ship it via your preferred carrier.
Note: Shipping your mattress back may cost between $100-300 depending on where you live.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-15 business days.
Note: All mattresses must be in like new condition, free of stains and odors (such as cigarette smoke) to be eligible.
Adjustable beds, foundations, toppers, sheets, pillows, protectors, and other accessories do not have a trial period and are not eligible for return.
All Amerisleep mattresses are protected by a 20-year warranty. This covers your mattress against defects in workmanship and quality, with a full coverage period of 10 years. See more about warranties here.
It is our greatest desire that you have a mattress system that meets your every comfort expectation. In order for your sleep experience to be successful on every level, it is important that you order the correct mattress size. Please measure your bed frame or platform and make sure you order the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses.
