Amerisleep provides free shipping to anywhere in the contiguous U.S.A.! Mattresses & foundations are shipped typically via FedEx or UPS. They usually ship within 7-14 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days. Adjustable beds taking slightly longer as we ship them to you via professional freight to assure proper handling of your bed.

sleep trial & replacements
We know buying a new mattress is a personal experience, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. While we strive to match customers with the best mattress the first time, you can rest easy knowing that you can exchange or return your mattress if necessary. If you are not satisfied with your mattress, ship it back to us within 90 days.

Amerisleep.com offers two methods for placing an order. You can call us at 1-800-500-4BED to speak to representative and order over the phone, or you may place an order online. Online checkout offers easy and secure shopping. Our site is tested and guaranteed secure by McAfee and Verisign.
You have the option of checking out anonymously or creating an account when you purchase. The benefits of creating an account include tracking your order online, viewing order history, as well as quick and easy future purchases. Please let us know if you have any questions about the order process.
amerisleep.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards online. Over the phone, we also accept direct transfer checks (e-checks), which work with most savings and checking accounts.
To view your your order and order history, login in to your account. On the left of the page, you will find a navigation menu with a link to view "My Order". Note: To view your orders and order history online, you first must have an account.
updating order/account information
If you have an account: First, login in to your account. In the navigation menu on the left, there are several options to update account information.
- Account Dashboard: Update contact information, mailing preferences, primary billing address, and primary shipping address.
- Account Information: Update Name, Email address, and password.
- Address Book: View, add, and edit your addresses.
- My Orders: View your order history.
- My Product Reviews: View and edit your product reviews.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Manage your email subscriptions.
- My Wishlist: Manage items in your wishlist.
- Logout: Logout of your account.
