Amerisleep Mattresses are warrantied for a period of TWENTY (20) years. The warranty is comprised of Ten (10) years full replacement warranty for the first 10 years and Ten (10) years pro-rated warranty for last 10 years, provided to the original purchaser from the date of original purchase. Your Amerisleep mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first Ten (10) years subject to limitation specified in this warranty. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the mattress material or decrease in the slow recovery feature-aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress. These are normal characteristics of the foam that can occur during the breaking in and do not imply a defect.

We know buying a new mattress is a personal experience, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. While we strive to match customers with the best mattress the first time, you can rest easy knowing that you can exchange or return your mattress if necessary. If you are not satisfied with your mattress, ship it back to us within 90 days for a full refund. Adjustable beds and accessories do not have a trial period.
